Carpet kit recommendations??

Hello Guys,

I am going to rip into the interior of the 930. The carpet is really done. Any recommendations? I have a light tan (Champaign) colored carpet. I don't want to go over the top on costs, but ... I need something that looks fairly original.

I will also have a go at redying the seats. The previous owner smoked cigars, which had a nasty affect on the champaign leather ... if that doesn't work well ... it will be time to buy some seat covers.

Yeah, I should do the same some day....roll cage holes and such in the carpets. May wait until social security will pay the bill (which means all of your taxes will be part of my 930). What a sweet deal!

If originality is what your after, then Sliverknit carpet set is in order. This one is on the order of "plush". Our host, IIRC, has it. AppBiz is another source I have heard good things about. Don't know about the quality differences between the two or what pieces are included in the kits.
However, the RS carpet set is an attractive alternative if originality is not a consideration.
