parting out 80sc slant nose /turbo engine
Think of parting out one of my 911's. It's a 1980, converted to a cab, slant nose wide body(not Oem fenders). Actually the car shows 35k miles on body and seems accurate . Dash is in perfect condition . Has an early 3.0l turbo engine , added inner cooler (I believe andial), powerhaus exhaust and a recent invoice showing everything was gone through down to the piston rings (spent over 12k). It has Ruf chrome wheels,, early front 930 calipers, VDO boost gauge in the place of the clock. Basically I wanted to sell the whole car, but realized might be Better to part out. Open to offers for whole car as well.

Why would you part out such a nice car?
|
^^^^^
exactly? of course I occasionally post the PO's pic of my 78 SC/930 conversion project car. in that PO's pic looks great. but when I got it and stared to tinker fixing the problems, realized it was tired and really needed a full restore. looks can be deceiving.:D old pic http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1497196292.jpg current state http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1497196200.jpg |
