Rear camber box adjustment bolt?
Morning gents
I have built my own camber boxes on my 930. I'm trying to figure out how the adjusting bolt for the rear camber box is configured and adjustment is achieved? I'm not sure if there is a bolt welded onto the top of the camber box? Or is there two nylock nuts on either side of the bolt that passes through the box? I see a nut is welded to the top side of the adjustment u shaped piece. But I need some help is building this? Thanks in advance Rod ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Maybe two Ny-lock nuts on the top and bottom holding the jacking bolt in place?

The bottom one are nylock use as as stopper but the top should be welded nut so that by going clockwise on the bolt it push assembly down.
Shown all the way up in this photo. ![]()

Ok thanks gents.
So no threads in the camber box, the bottom picture almost looks like a nut-sert or something Rod

In that last picture the adjusting bolt must be threaded into something in the camber box the banana arm through bolt isn't holding it in the up position? I must be missing something?

Hi Rod,
This is difficult to explain without pictures - but I will give it a shot: The bottom end of the adjusting bolt (say M12 bolt) is machined down in diameter (to say 6mm diameter and 12mm long). An external thread (M6) is cut on to the turned down section of the adjusting bolt. The turned down & threaded end of the adjusting bolt passes through a hole (say 6.5mm in diameter) in the top of the "camber box". An M6 washer and an M6 Nylock nut is placed on the turned down section of the bolt, under the "camber box" top plate. A small amount of clearance is left - allowing the adjusting bolt to rotate. This results in the adjusting bolt being able rotate - while it can push and pull against the against the top plate of the "camber box". The adjusting bolt passes through an M12 tapped hole in "adjusting fork". When the adjusting bolt is rotated the "adjusting fork" will move up or down the adjusting bolt - however the adjusting bolt cannot move relative to the "camber box". Clear as mud? Hopefully you can follow this. Richard.
