Fresh Air Blower Motor Replacement Suggestions
Smelt some electrical smell on the drive home and then 20 minutes later, a puff of smoke came from my vents and my fresh air blower motor doesnt whine anymore so I assume it's dead.
Been looking at a few options for replacement but wanted to ask for suggestions to before I go buying a unit. Anyone purchased from Griffiths before: https://griffiths.com/product/911-930-fresh-air-blower-motor/ Thanks!

Pete, Charlie is simply the best vendor I've ever dealt with for anything... Automobile or otherwise. There's plenty of counterfeit Bosch stuff out there so go with a very trusted name here.
However don't go ordering anything until you've done a proper tear down and know you have 12v to the motor and it still doesn't spin. They do seize. But smoke in the vents can be wiring too so keep your fingers crossed that it's just the motor.

Thanks for the suggestion and you're right. I should tear it apart and inspect it before buying a motor!
Excuse the ignorance but can you link me to Charlie or his company? A quick username search didnt bring anything up. Plus, I'd much rather support a local Pelican.
