Angry Paint discoloration

There's small orange like discoloration spots forming on my 1981 911sc, black on black. 2 small spots recently became visible early this summer after a exterior detail and now after getting it back for a end of summer detail, I noticed another small spot extended about 6 inches in length along below my driver side door handle. The car is garaged All year and when I'm not driving its rarely parked directly in the sun. My original
Thought was moisture from the sunroof lines running along the roof for those particular spots but I'm baffled at the door now showing the same thing. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks for any help!!
