No start, No click

Very frustrating situation. Engine started last week after replacing a battery that went dead on a trickle charge in storage. Next day I turned the key and "nothing." Dash and lights work fine, Battery putting out 12.8 volts. No Click, no turnover, and No start.
Ignition bad? Wires? or Starter?

See if the positive lead to the starter is tight. And, make sure your battery is grounded and make sure it is grounded back by the starter.
