loose fit protection foil

1979 Turbo COA states this option. What is it?

The option "loose fit protection foil", refers to the black vinyl protection pieces (commonly called "shark fins"), normally located on the forward edge of the 930 rear fenders. They were supplied separate and uninstalled at delivery, for future use, if desired.
