Looking for a shop in Savannah, Georgia or there abouts

A friend from Greece just bought a 77 turbo here in the states and needs the following kind of help.

Car has flood damage. Really doesn't need to be a Porsche shop but someone who is trust worthy.

"I need a company to organise collection.
Replace all 4 tyres which are flat (or just pump them up).
And dry the car out of water as much as possible.
I don’t want them to start repairs as we ll do all that in Greece (strip it all down and rebuild everything), but I don’t want to ship the car out with soaked carpets, trunk full of water and so on....
Finally I m looking for a correct rear spoiler".

Any help would be appreciated

Bob Woodman Tire is in Beaufort, SC, about one hour away from Savannah. They do race support for PCA club racing. Not a bad place to start.

I go way back with Bob. He supplied me with tires for my 935's when I ran in HSR's Thundersports Cup. Good idea , I will check with him but still open to suggestion.
