injector trouble

Got the car to start and that's a big relief as it's a new engine to me, a new fresh build, and brand new me installed efi....
Anyway I'm only running on 3 cyls. I had to get to work but quickly but was able to throw the connectors on a voltage tester to see if maybe I wired something badly and on the two I tested I saw voltage.. Do injectors go dead? They were purchased on ebay used sooooooo. I'm looking at ID 1050x injectors new but wanted to know from the brain trust if there was something I could test or try other than swapping out injectors or whatever..
Thanks

You confirmed power, but what about the ground trigger? I would check continuity back to the PCM before throwing new injectors at it.

Also are you Coil on Plug? I chased two dead cylinders in COP car and it ended up being broken wires in the COP connectors.

Why were you trying to sell your 930 oil tank? Going gravity fed?

So tonight I made a new file and started it using the sequential option instead of staged. Smoother though I suspect I still have one dead cylinder. Now I’m having trouble with WinTEC software allowing me to tune it. I must be missing or doing something wrong as it is usually is me.
