Kremer 930 specifications

Hi to everyone in the US and beyond, we have an Australian delivered 1982 (RHD) 930 that is claimed to be Kremer built. Are there any Kremer 930 owners out there who could tell us what the specs of their cars are (that differentiate them from standard 930s)? Any info you could provide would be most appreciated. Cheers, Todd

Hi Todd - I'm sure that our members will be happy to assist you with the specs, in the mean time - lets see that RHD 930!

Almost can't begin to help without some pics.. each Kremer build was pretty much $pec'd to customer's desire, including level of body mods.

Post Pics of DP or Kremer Street Cars.. Turbo or non..

I've seen so many variations of what is called "Kremer". Everything from the full on street 935 with the 928-looking rear end to cars that are 930's with a Kremer name plate on the dash. We had one of the latter in the shop to be fixed up an sold. The engine was missing a BOV which I understand was not uncommon. Very underwhelming performance. Your car looks like something in-between. The tailpipes and wing give a clue that the engine may have been tweaked a bit more than the dash plaque stock 930 body version.

Not sure about the rear wheel guard vents.

Do they look like factory Porsche or aftermarket ?

And did kremer use only factory vents ?

Thanks.

They look like some type of aftermarket. I haven't seen front or rear fenders like that, as well as the front spoiler. The tail also appears to be aftermarket.
Kremer typically used DP Motorsport panels. But someone could have had the bodywork done prior to taking it to Kremer, or had Kremer put the panels on. It's all speculation without paperwork.

I recently picked up a September 1987 Sports Car Illustrated magazine that has a Kremer on the cover which has the DP935 body wortk. I'll add this to my "resources pages" on the DP site.
