Air intake for 1977 930
![]() I do not know if I'm looking for a something impossible, but I would like to backdate my 1977 3.0 Turbo that has been equiped with an intercooler. The air inlet comes in different eg. this copied from this page. ![]() Is this part remade or only in the used market? Any idea on price level? Kindly Clement |

These aren’t made anymore (as far as I’ve seen). There was one on here not too long ago, and if I recall correctly it wasn’t priced too high. The 77 is different from the 75/76, it has an extra bung on front for the overboost/boost gauge. I’ve seen them priced all over the place though, obviously they went sky high with the market.
I think I have a 76 one I’m not really willing to part with, but if you can’t find one let’s chat.

Thank you, though I think that I was in luck and that the piece is in shipmenent already....
Although that the part is for the 75/76, then I think that I can get around it by placing the sensor in the pipe. Best Clement |

Let Porsche know that you are looking for one, too. They put classic parts back into production for short runs. I needed the bushing for the rear wiper, and a year later it was available again.
