Fuel filler Boot Replacement
Looking for suggestions on how to remove the spring steel ring that holds the fuel filler rubber boot to the fender.

You simply have to wedge a screwdriver, or plastic wedge in and get the edge up about a quarter way and ring it round and out. Nothing special, just a pain.
Cover the edges of your filler opening with rags or something soft incase you have a mishap.
