Anybody in London, UK need help rebuilding a 911 motor?
Hey there folks, I recently moved to London from Canada. I'm a Porsche fan although I don't currently own one. I've previously owned a 1986 944 and a 2001 996 C4. My long-term plan is to rebuild an early model 911, but I don't have any experience with engine rebuilds yet. I'm a software engineer by trade, but I do have some high-school experience with engines, welding and metal machining.
If there's anybody in the west part of London (from Acton all the way out to Maidenhead, say) who's doing a 911 engine rebuild, I'd love to help out and gain some experience. |

Im not rebuilding my engine, but wanted to say.. Wecome to the UK. Its lucky your a madman all ready because London would have had that effect on you any way. You could try joining the porsche club GB. the monthy meets etc.. would be a good place to make some contacts. Kevin |
