3.2 heads on 3.0 compression ratio

Ok, I have a pretty rare engine. A factory 3.1 stamped block. Which consisted of the 97mm cylinders from the 3.3 with mahle 9.5:1 pistons. Sometime in this engines past, someone installed 3.2 liter heads. When I got the car/engine it had a custom intake with a Holley pro-jection efi kit on it. I dumped that setup and am running a Carrera intake with mega squirt to control the efi(fuel and spark) I took it a step further and turbocharged this engine. I am running 10 lbs of boost. Which yielded 402hp/360torque(e85) Obviously, with 9.5:1, that’s kind of high for an air cooled boosted setup. My question is since I am running the Carrera 3.2 heads, does this set up somehow lower overall compression of the engine from the advertised 9.5:1?

If all things are equal like single plug, stock valve size,no machine work on seal surface, both SC and 3.2 Carrera heads are close to 90cc chamber vol.
