case bolt o-rings
I am going to replace the P&C and do a top-end job on my 7R 2.4 (OK Wayne, I'm not going to cut it up for a 2.7 conversion). I am also replacing the rod bearings and bolts, but if the crank looks OK I don't plan to split the cases. I know this may be a minority view for mag case engines, but the motor has only 80K on it. I'm willing to take my lumps if it doesn't work out.
My question is, is it worth removing the case bolts one at a time to replace the o-rings? Thanks.

If the case bolts arent weeping any oil there is absolutly no reason to fool with them.

I second Tim. It they don't leak, don't "fix" them. If the case dosen't leak now, it might after you r&r the bolts.
