Alternative Cylinder Hold Down Nuts?

Hi,

Is there an "off the shelf" alternative to buying the Stomski Cylinder Hold Down Nuts?

They are just M10 (I think?) for an SC motor.

Cheers and thanks!

I 3D printed some for myself, a lot less expensive that route.

I made some out of aluminum on a lathe. Took a couple hours. If your stock it’s M10 1.5 if you have supertec they use M10 fine thread which is different so be aware.

Cut PVC pipe spacers of appropriate length, use regular head nuts with a washer underneath; works great, REAL cheap!

Thanks for the replies.

I’m guessing sockets would not work?

Sounds like there could be many options.

Thanks again.

You can also triple stack the barrel nuts for the ultimate free99 tool:

Thread the first 2 all the way on and the third one cinches the group down.

That one sounds very easy. I will most likely do it. Cheers and thanks!
