2,0L crank in 3.2
 

What happens when you put a 2.0L crank in a 3.2 and keep the stock 3.2 pistons and barrels and put in carillo rods? rev to 10k??

The biggest problem is the flywheel crank seal isn't compatible.

A custom 66mm crank can be made to work in a 3,2 case and would require special rods and probably pistons to work. BTW, stock 3,2 pistons won't work for high performance or high revs.

For 10K rpm, there are lots of other considerations, especially the valve train.

10K is a bridge too far for a 2 valve 911 engine.
In reality, 9K is a stretch.
As for putting a 6 bolt, 2.0L (66mm stroke) crank in a 3.2 case, it can be done but it's a crazy adventure.
You can do what we do when we want a 66mm crank is a late case.....Have a custom 9 bolt crank made. If you're serious, we have that crank on the shelf. Our crank is designed to use GT3 rods (some version of) so a custom rod is doable.
The idea of using the stock 3.2 pistons is also a non starter. The 3.2 piston has an asymmetrical dome that would prohibit the use of a high lift cam with enough overlap to perform at higher RPMs.

66mm in 3.2 case
 

I have that combo.Crank is custom 66mm with 9 bolt flywheel.Very light at 22.5 lbs.Rod journals are 2 inch Chevy with titanium rods.It will be a short stroke 3.0. 66 X 98mm.I will take a pic and post later.

Here are some pics of the custom 66mm crank.Bought a new digital scale and the weight is 22.9-23.0 lbs.A 3.0 RSR crank I have is 26.8 lbs.with the steel drive gear for the intermediate shaft.A GT-3 is about 35 lbs.

Here is a picture of our latest SuperCrank.
The cranks are made from certified E4340AQ alloy steel (chromoly). They are triple heat-treated and ion plasma surface hardened.
Nine bolt flange, cross-drilled GT3 rod journals, 398.5 grams

Interesting that faapgars crank has no counter-weights, a stock SC crank has some counter-weights and the GT3/ super crank as even more counter-weights.
