One carb rich after rebuild
 
Howdy folks. I have a problem.

I rebuilt a set of 3 barrel carbs and now one is running rich (judging by the sooty plugs) I was very careful with the floats and all other parts. I double checked everything and it all looks to be correct.

Any ideas?
