engine tinware and ducting question

So, my VW 1971 van has a rebuilt 3.2 flat 6 ready to go. The fine builders fitted SSI heat exchangers and I need to figure how I duct air from the fan housing to both sides of the heat exchangers. Is there a kit to do this or can I get a left side duct as my engine didn't come with one?

There's a crossover pipe that directs air from near the distributor to both sides. If you look at a parts list for your year engine it should show it.

Sorry didn't explain myself well. I had the crossover pipe when I had standard heat exchangers but I now have SSI exchangers so need an outlet from both sides of the fan housing, one to go to each of he exchangers. My old setup only had an outlet on the right.

I just searched "SSI backdate heat" and found a post with suggestions.
