Used sets and pieces come up every so often, but you won't be the only one looking.
Unfortunately many used pieces are rusted or abused.

If you have a lathe and mill, they are not hard to make. There is an old thread with the specs.
The alternative I have used is to mount a dial indicator inside the diff. Fiddly but it works.
