Stupid questions about my pulley, oil lines, and heater backdate fitment

There are a couple of different pulleys that were used over the years. Check out this thread for info on the one I think you SHOULD have. I'm not sure what you have now. Pulley Shims, Wrong Config?
Your owner's manual will have a nice description of adjusting the belt and shims. The left side oil line will need to have the down pipe gently messaged over to fit the new line. That will solve your interference problem as well. The right side is the wrong oil line.

The threaded connections allows some rotational allowance to clear the sheet metal duct. The small oil supply line to the tensioner can be gently bent to align with that connection. Search pics on Google for sample installations. On the right side, the oil line you have (part #930 107 348 01) is for a MY 77' engine w/o pressure fed tensioners. Ok updates. Thanks for the tips.
Used an impact, Got the pulley off. All shims were under the cupped washer. Also separated the alternator and fan from the fan shroud/ring. Currently unable to get the fan off the alternator, have it soaking in kroil tonight. So can I use a torch on the fan hub, to heat it up to help the kroil creep into the mating surfaces? I tried smacking the back edge of the fan hub w a small hammer but got nowhere. The fan pulley is a dual pulley, and I’d like to convert to a single pulley. The diameter looks to be 92mm or so. If I ran an even smaller pulley, like an 87mm single, would that eve work? Seems like it would also spin the fan a bit faster. I don’t see any cracks anywhere. Other than sending in my alternator to pelican, does anyone have any good how to links for servicing an alternator? Cheers! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I, and others use a puller to get the fan off the alternator shaft. I threaded two of the holes in the fan to insert small bolts through a small puller.
Depending where you are located check around for a shop that rebuilds alternators.

Can anyone confirm what oil lines/part numbers from pelican actually fit my car? I'm returning the ones I have, since one is wrong, and the other doesn't fit.

This is correct number for right side oil line
