Cam shaft selection - very informative video

I just found this very informative video on how to choose a cam shaft

He claims that if he knows how well heads flow at 28 inches of liquid (mercury?) he can predict HP. Are the flow # published for our heads?

Thanks

David

Just watched the video and think he explains lift, duration, LSA well among other things. I thought there were some flow data threads on this site for certain stock heads but I don’t recall seeing anything published.

I have always regarded cam shaft selection as witch craft but he breaks it down very nicely and explains in plain English so even I can understand

36mm ports in 2.7RS heads flow about 225cfm, ~248hp.
