WTB SC cams
I have a pair of SC cams that need resurfacing. Called WEb Cam and she said 3 weeks wait once they get there. Don't have that type of time.
Anyone have a pair of cams on the shelf ready to go? Cams have one minor pit on each cam. I have cores and cash. Please email direct to : rcabell911@gmail.com |

This is for a stock 1980 CIS car, what are your thoughts?

Some swear it makes better low end torque. If you're running the 8.5:1 pistons, 964 might be too aggressive. (That's straight from the horses mouth, John @ DRC) |
Just talked to customer, he wants stock cams......

I have a pair of cams out of an 80SC. See below for photos I have. Slight pitting on one. Folks here can opine on how malignant it is. If you need a pump, got one of those too

I’ll throw in the economist in case your client wants to relive 2020

Thanks, but all set on the pump. On a fresh rebuild there can be NO pitting. You have what I have now.

Right answer! Sorry I couldn’t help

I have a set of SC cams that were reground. They were supposed to be 964 grind, but wound up much closer to stock. I have pictures and the Camdoctor report if interested.
Never been ran, only measured on camdoctor. Will ship direct from Washington state for cheap. |

Thanks for the replies guys, just found a set of fresh SC cams.
