964 Engine noise

good evening everyone. I have a problem with my 964.

After adjusting the valves I let the engine warm up well and then I tested the car on the road (about 20 km) and everything are ok. After two days, I take the car back, I drive about 2 km on the road with the engine at no more than 3000 rpm and suddenly I start to hear this strange noise coming from the right bank. I am attaching this old video taken from Pelican Forum by youtube because the noise is heard much better than in the video made by me.
The noise is just that.

Operations performed:

I check all the spark plugs on the right bank - ok,

removed power steering belt and A/C belt.

The noise is always present and is related to the engine revolutions.

Right bank cylinder compression checked - all ok.

What can it be?

Best regards
Paolo
