Porsche 911 S 1972 strange engine numbers

Hi,
Bought a 1972 911 S I purchased it in the states and it was new delivered in Washington…. That’s the only history I got with the car …. Previous owner is a dealer and he has sadly no history anymore…..It has widened front and rear wings and a huge RSR rear tail and looks like a race car ….

The engine number 632xxxx 911/53 is matching with the car but it sits on Weber carbs.
When opening the engine I discovered 92 mm Arias pistons, 38 mm intake ports on cylinder heads, con rods reworked to maximum piston height, balanced crank, rods etc
I had all the parts cleaned and blasted and discovered some strange inscriptions in the engine block on the flywheel side in neighborhood of the mechanical injection mount.
It states following:
COMP 8477 B 010
Does this relate to the engine builder? And if so anyone an idea who built it and what are the specs.?
Thanks,

The numbers stamped on the case are from the machine shop.

Competition Engineering
8477 is the job number
B 010 is either align bore amount or the amount they took off the spigot to cylinder mating surface.
