Main bearings clearance question

67 911S
I reckon it's all original. Had good oil pressure.
It's apart because the rod bearings were worn and were .005 " clearance and clearly worn.
My mains looked pretty good except the rear one at one spot is thru to the copper.
They all measure up at just over .003"
With my new Glyco bearings im a little bigger than that . At first glance .0035.
At first glance the crank after a Polish is just in spec.
I will recheck it all but is this ok for a run about. I don't really want the slippery slope of machine work that brings other issues with it.
Time and getting it correct.
Of interest the rods with Pauters and .001" over size bearings come out at .0022" which would match the STD main bearings measurements I'm getting.
I'm inclined to leave it ?
Opinions much appreciated.
Lyndon
