2.7 engine case..align honing or boring

Hi everyone ... Just by curiosity, how much can cost a line bore machining on a 2.7L? I demantaled my case to measure the crank and see if it was in a good shape and with the plastic gage i got 0.025 to 0.038mm spec are between 0.001 to 0.072mm. But some bearings have a lot of wear tight spots and after i reclosed the case, i have the feeling the crank is more difficult to turn by hand than before. So i suspect the case has warped and will need to be align. Thanks

Ollies is one of the shops that can handle what you need done. Here's their price list

One thing to note is that the mag cases are known to deform as you mention and sometimes need multiple things done to bring them back.

I just had a 2.7 case machined by Competition Engineering and it came out to around $3.5k for everything that was needed. A friend had a 2.7 machined by Ollies a year or two ago and it was in the same price range. There is quite a bit to do, if you are going to do it properly.

I would plan on 3k plus or minus 750 dollars.
Just the reality of a mag case motor.
