I have recently sent parts off to both of these guys and, tonight emailed them for updates and in just a few minutes, after 7 in the evening, they both responded.

Compare that to a vendor I'm working with now. Three months after sending parts to him for service, I can't get a confirmation he even has them. |
Service, responsiveness, communication were all as good as it gets with both.
That was in Covid times as well, the longest delays were waiting for packages. Phil |
