Oil pressure sensor?

Found tricky oil leak coming from top of my engine (3.2 H6 1989)and dripping down on side of engine and drips on exhaust! (Smokes due oil burnt on exhaust )
Put a endoscope down there and found leak coming from what looks like a sensor ?
Has what looks like an electric wire going to it and unusual shape and height compared to what’s available to purchase a “oil pressure sensor “ or oil pressure switch “ none of them look like this part?
Any feedback greatly appreciated!

...looks like right loc'n for oil switch (assuming the edge to the left is case vent). Wonder if that's some sort of cover on the switch?

If something really fails on that, 60psi oil leak.

Look under it, there will be an idiot light switch, known to leak.
I haven’t seen that cover in the past.
