Crankshaft ID for Holder - Home Made

Can anyone tell me the interior diameter of the crankshaft hole found on the flywheel end? Ours is from 914-6, but I think part number 901-102-011-00 is 1965-71 911 applicable at least.

Opposite side presumably held by pulley M12 hexagon-head bolt.

I don't have access to my crank right now, and am thinking of making a home made vertical crankshaft holder. Similar to what Mike's Restorations has done.

I am aware you can get a very nice tool from Stomski, but I will probably only use this once and can't justify buying one.

This design also works well. You could make one easily.

or just buy one:
