Replace it.

Yup, there's no fixing that. Replace it.
|
Euuuuu, that’s nasty.

If you find a skilled spray arc welder they'll give you a view on whether they can build the area back up there. Then it can be machined back to its original shape. But even if the welder says it will be sound, I suspect the cost would exceed the price of a replacement.

Cylinder Head Inspection……….
The cylinder head that goes with this particular cylinder must have similar fate too. Inspect it for sealing surface damage. Do you still have Dilavar cylinder head studs on your motor?

Used replacement cylinders shouldn't be hard to find. You'll want to make sure you find one with a matching height group to match your other 5 cylinders. Depending on what you find, machining the new one (or the other 5) may be an option.

good thing is Head did not suffer any harm. I'll send it to be filled, and I will machine it. hope is doesn't get distorted with the heat. If that doesn't work, then I'll get a new one. studs are Dilavars. Thank you. |

Sure it could be done, at a cost the rivals the price of complete set of cylinders. |
That repair would be a huge can of worms.

Agree with all the others. You may have a tough time finding just one cylinder. You may have to buy a set of cylinders, possibly also matching pistons.
Also, put your location in your profile and signature line. Someone here may be close to you have have what you need. |
Here's a listing for a partial set of CIS cylinders, doesn't say which model:
