Working principle of bell furnace

A bell-type furnace is a type of heating equipment commonly used in industrial production. Its working principle is to heat objects by placing the heating element in a sealed furnace and using high-temperature heat generated by the combustion of electric energy or gas.Effect of alloying elements on vacuum tempering of quenched steel The bell-type furnace is mainly composed of the furnace body, heating elements, control system and furnace door. The furnace body is usually made of high-temperature resistant materials, such as refractory bricks or refractory fibers. The heating element can be a resistance wire, an electric heating tube or a burner, and different heating elements are selected according to different heating methods. The furnace door is used to open and close the furnace to facilitate the loading, unloading and maintenance of objects.Vacuum Heat Treating Small Parts When working, the bell-type furnace first heats the heating element to the set temperature, then places the object to be heated in the furnace and closes the furnace door. The heating element begins to transfer heat energy to the object, causing the object's temperature to gradually increase. At the same time, the upper part of the furnace body is usually equipped with a smoke exhaust port to discharge the exhaust gas and smoke generated by combustion and keep the environment inside the furnace clean.
