What Vendor can drill and cross drill camshafts for internal lubricaiton (center lube

Hi engine builders, do you know of anyone that can modify camshafts to have center lube cams? Webcam said they've had a few customers use a gun shop to bore it and then another shop to do the cross drill, but is there anyone abroad that does this or a more efficient way?

Why do you think you need your cams drilled?

If Porsche abandoned this technique decades ago.....

I don't who does it. Just asking an honest question.

What you are looking for is a machine shop that does gun drilling.
Cold cast is relatively soft so you won't need special tooling.

The team at WebCam knows a source that can gun drill. I didn't ask for the source since I found some cams pre-drilled. If you're interested call them and they'll give you their machinist that's local in SoCal.

Cold cast is soft but drill bits can wander a bit compared to other metals. Edm would be a better choice.
