oil pump
Can I put an oil pump out of and 85 Carrera in my 2.2 rebuild? it'a the one with the built on screen. Do I have to change the sump plate?

Yes you can put it in and yes you must change the sump plate to the domed version the clear the screen.
You must perform the oil bypass mod in order to run this pump. Have a Porsche machine shop do this work.
