Yes, I see you can buy them...
Looking for experience from anyone on their quality, characteristics, and functionality. Did a little picture cut&paste comparison... left std rocker, center pauter, right hastech. Noticed the angle of foot on hastech is different. ![]() |

Could that pic be cropped? It would be a little strange to mess with geometry on a replacement rocker, as it would change cam timing events.

No manipulation... I took these two pics, did a little manipution of mirroring one and making sizes match, then cut the section out and saved.
I'm not sure it would change the ratio, would need to do some measurement center line of rocker bore, pad, and foot. ...I kinda like the reduced angle as when you're at max lift the angle of the adj screw is more "in line" with the valve stem, however, porsche picked that angle for a reason. ![]() ![]() |

the alignment of the pad of the third rocker, is not the same as the first two. I would suggest the rockers are all the same .

The contact pad on the Hastech rocker looks a little longer than the other rockers, but the curvature looks pretty similar. Changing curvature within the contact range would affect rocker lift. So not change the critical cam timing events (I misspoke in my earlier post), but it would cause lift to be different than a stock rocker.

High lift cams where start to run off the lower side (as shown in above pic) of the pad at max lift.

They specialize in FIA approved RSR engines etc, so I would guess that the rockers isn't "trick" but follows what is legal in historic racing.
