2.7 crank in 2.2 case, distributer options ?

I already have a 123 dizzy for a 2.2 can this be used with the 2.7 crank ?

Isn’t the 2.2 case distributor hole size different 2.2 vs 2.4 / 2.7..??

2.7 crank in a 2.2 case runs the 2.2 dist.
