part sources for 3.0 sc rebuild?

hi pelicans, im currently trying to source parts for a complete stock rebuild of a 79 sc w 190k , and learning its more than just buying the one that says porsche on the label. is there a source w current information of the best products available. ive been digging in the forums and some threads are pretty old and some oem manufacturers have relocated and/or quality has changed. so far this what i came up w; intervalve for int/ext valves, patrick msprts for phos/brnz guides , porsche springs?or ln engineering?,mahle elephant ft, glyco rod and rocker bushings, clevite main and rod bearings, arp rod bolts, iwis chains, p/c 8.5:1 mahle nikosil(9.5 if no other changes needed, gonna buy waynes book in a minute hopefully something about that in there)dougherty regrind sc(some say go new only) all other parts will be porsche brand. i will get approval from machinist tomorrow before any purchase . am i anywhere near the mark? i appreciate any response. thnx
