Supertec head studs washer

Guys,

About to build my engine and noticed that the supertec washers in their head stud kit have a small chamfer. Instructions do not mention this but which side goes to the head and which to the nut?

The chamfer is design to transfers load to the outer parts of the mounting surface.
The chamfer goes towards the head.
