Chamfer oil holes in wristpin bushing?

I bought a set of freshly rebuilt rods off the classified section a while back, and I just now noticed that there is no chamfer on the inner edge of the wristpin bushing oil feed holes.
Do I need to get them chamfered?

If so, is it easy enough for me to do it myself? I'm not exactly sure what tool would be used.

Thanks,
Graham

Since you have to have the rods honed to fit your wristpins, ask the folks who do that for you.
