Vacuum line placement

I need some help regarding the connection of a vacuum line on my 82 3.0 CIS engine. I cannot figure out where the other end of this vacuum line connects. Its the one that is curled over the tranny breather.

Close up of the connection close to the intake:

The hose in question is the one that goes to the right on the Tee.

If one side is going to the charcoal canister then I think that line goes to the cruise control, or vise versa.

Thanks for your response, It seems though, there is already a line on the canister and the cruise control has a line about twice the size on it. Judging from the curve on the line it would appear that it would connect to something between #'s 1 and 2 cylinder. or on the frame close to that location. I have crawled up inside the engine compartment and cannot find the other side.....

I don't have my '82 anymore, but I would guess it would go to the distributor...

I just put the engine back in my 82 on Saturday. There ar two lines going to the cruise control. The small port is hidden by the large one. check it out.

Where does the vacuum line go from cruise control to? I have a line running out of the cruise control headed down but don't know where it connects to. I'm referring to the big line identified earlier in this posting.

Thanks for any help offered? Does anyone know where I can find a diagram on vacuum lines. I didn't see it in the Bentley manual but maybe I just missed it.
