Should my wrist pin bushings have oil holes?

Hi,
I just got my big box 'o rebuild parts from Pelican and was checking out the wrist pin bushings and noticed they have no oil passage hole. Should there be one or is it drilled at the machine shop after it is pressed in and reamed? I don't have my rods in front of me but seem to remember that there was an oil passage hole in the old bushing.

The car is an MFI '72T being upgraded with 2.2E pistons and cams. The part # on the bushings is 901 103 131 01.

Thanks,
Jim
