Cylinder Head Nut tool
I bought the cylinder head nut tool from Pelican and it's a nice slick hazet allen socket. The only problem is, It will likely end up stripping my head nuts because it's not long enough. The top of the tool that snaps into my 1/2" wrench interferes with the cam tower studs. Anyone else have this problem?? Anyone have an alternative I can try??

Cylinder head nut tool?? As far as I know it is just an 8mm Allen head. Don't quote me on that size, it's too late for me to run down to the garage.
I have been using my regular, good ol' Craftsman allen sockets for this job for a few years now without any problems. |
Like Dave said, I just use my Craftsman allen socket. I use a "wobble" extension if the cam tower is in the way.

What those guys said. Mine is a 3/8" drive so the socket and extension don't interfere with the cam towers which I just installed last night.
