2.0 t/e Rods in 2.2 t Motor ?
Can I use 2.0 t/e con rods as is in a 2.2 t motor ?

I know for a fact that the stroke is the same, so you can. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I had no 2.2 rods...

Search the archives - Porsche changed the rod design from 2.0/2.2, and there is much debate over which one is better. Porsche changed the design of the 2.2 rod so that it will not fit in the early aluminum cases, without modification to the case. In general, the 2.0 is generally the preferred rod, even though the 2.2 looks beefier. Most people use the 2.0 rods.
But, there is no super big difference between them... -Wayne
