Looking for Spec's Info

I'm trying to find sources that provide information on 911 part numbers and engine specs. Online sources are preferred, but info on books or other literature also welcomed.
Thanks in advance,

Bob (911s)

I'm not sure what you mean. You can plug in a part # into the search box above and it will tell you what it is. Or are you looking for a PET replacement?

Thanks for replying, Tim. I want to be able to cross a part number and determine whether it came from an S engine, or an E engine, for example. I would also like a reference that shows, for example, what the valve or port size is for a particular head, say from a 2.4 S engine.

I see a lot of parts like cases, that have a 930/77 number. I would like to be able to determine that it is, say an aluminum, 3.0 block from a 1977 RS. Is there a website (or several sites) that can offer this type of information? Also, any books or other literature that could provide this kind of information would be helpful.
Thanks again,

Bob.

My Engine Rebuild book has all of that information (port sizes etc.):

Everything that was published on these engines in the original Porsche spec books is duplicated in Appendix A of my book...

Damn! And to think, I had it right under my nose the whole time. Thanks, Wayne! Not just for telling me this, but for writing the book as well.

Happy New Year to ALL!
