Seleant shelf life, Loctite 274
I have a couple of bottles of unopened Loctite 274 that have been sitting in my garage for a couple of years at temps from 0 to 90 degrees. Does anyone know really know if they are risky to use now?
I've emailed Loctite but I was hoping for some real world experiences. thanks, Chris |
I'd like to know that too. I have (1) full bottle, and a 1/2 bottle. Both are two years old.

For what it is worth, the opened stuff still tastes the same.;)

It's about $10 a bottle. If I were putting together an engine and spending 40-80 hours assembling it, I would get a brand new bottle for the task.

Thank you, Wayne.
In that case, I will use the old 274 as an ice cream topping. Mmmmmm.....L-o-c-t-i-t-e! |
