I don't know if anyone else noticed, but Snowman has legitimately offered to flow a bunch of people's 911 heads on his flow bench and post the results. This is a real offer (a couple of my heads are on their way to him right now) for people to get real flow data on 911 heads. I've sent him a 2.2S head and a 2.4TK head. Hopefully someone else will share a stock T/E head or some 2.0 heads. I know that there are also some SC folks out there who would like to know how their heads flow.

So go get one or two of those heads which are lying around in your garage and send them! This is our opportunity to finally separate some of the myth from the reality on 911 heads.

BTW, He's located in Southern California which is where the largest segment of posters on this BBS seem to be located. So there shouldn't be any excuses. Besides, this is one occasion when Snowman and I agreed on something! ;) Don't let this opportunity be wasted!

Hasn't he already flowed a T head? I thought of sending him one of my E heads, but wondered if it would be redundant.

The data that he got on his T head didn't match some other 911 flow numbers. He's been kind enough to offer to flow the same heads that I had flowed on a different bench a while ago. That will help to clarify what the real number is. The other question (at least in regards to 2.4E's) is did they actually have 32 mm ports or not and are they different from T heads?

The bottom line is that the more data the better. If Snowman tests 2 T/E heads and the results from each are very different, then once again we have some information that could prove insightful. Go ahead and send him one of your heads. What have you got to lose except the cost of shipping?
