Long Oil lines from Rear to Front Oil Cooler..Question
Hi everyone,
Does anyone know what the thread size and pitch are for my Carrera's long brass oil lines that go from the rear of the car to my front oil cooler under my passenger fender? On each end they are different, my objective is to repair them by plugging each end and heating. Of course one end would have a pressure fitting to supply the air. I need to make my own caps to attempt this work unless someone out there has a set I can borrow? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Alex

Thanks John,
I went shopping for the hardware yesterday and gave it a shot using air pressure method. Surprisingly it worked pretty good even with propane, it's not perfectly round but much better than its previous condition. I re-shaped it to about 95% of it's orginal shape and cleary also improved the oil flow. Thanks for your support! ![]() Alex
