Tooling
Tim,
I have done things to cars at race tracks out of nescessity for many years, sometimes we just have to get on with it, leaving a little perfection on the table. The nice thing about you being an Engineer is you know which area in this process is really important and I think your repair will be effective. The procedures of your discipline are the connerstone of the Racing Industry. Just look what Rutan did this morning "Fantastic" Best regards |
Are you also an EAA member racing97? If so, are you going to Oshkosh this year?
|
Sorry I'm not an EAA member Tim, I was fortunate to have a Mentor that was involved in the Aircraft Industry at the time of Piston to Axial Flow change over, as well as involvement with the SR71. My experience is probably just a little Aircraft but mostly Engine and some Machining and Fab along the Motorsports vane.
I have no time this year but I would love to go to Oshkosh. Heck I would love to have had a formal education. Best regards |
