gouge in Nikasil cylinder
I bought a set of used 3.0L Nikasil cylinders through the classified ads on this BBS. One of the cylinders has a gouge. Can it be fixed? Who does this kind of fix? What kind of cost to fix the one cylinder?

EBS Racing in Nevada can replate that one cylinder for about $150. I'd call and speak to John and ask him his opinion. It may be better (in the long run) to do all six rather than the one, just to keep the clearances the same.

I had slight galling on one cylinder, but decided to get all six done. They matched each piston with each cylinder for better tolerances during the coating process. Cost about $750.
