Valve Size

Question for the experts:confused:

Can you guys tell me the difference in intake and exhaust valve size between my 69 2.0L E heads and a 2.2L S head?

69 2.0 "E" 42 intake 38 exhaust
70-71 2.2 "S" 46 intake 40 exhaust
